If the client breaches platform rules or causes restrictions themselves, we are not responsible.
โ 3.5. Completed or partially completed work
Work delivered or already in progress cannot be refunded.
4. Service Delivery Issues
If you believe the service was not delivered as described, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the case and determine whether a refund, credit, or revision is appropriate.

6. Processing Time
